Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to Mickleover, Littleover, Chellaston, Sinfin and Allenton every Friday and Saturday evening. Enter your postcode on our homepage to confirm you are in the Nostra zone. We also offer collection points for customers just outside our zone — including Kingsway Retail Park in Derby, Coop Car Park in Willington, and Crew and Harper Car Park in Findern. We are open to other meeting point suggestions too. For larger orders we may also be able to deliver further afield — get in touch to discuss.

What nights do you deliver?

Friday and Saturday evenings only. We open at 5pm and run until we sell out — which most weeks happens before 9pm. We strongly recommend pre-ordering your slot as early as possible.

Can I pre-order my pizza?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Pre-ordering guarantees your delivery slot, helps us prepare your dough and ingredients fresh to order, and means you will not be disappointed. We sell out every week.

What is Neapolitan pizza?

Neapolitan pizza originates from Naples in southern Italy. It uses a slow-fermented high-hydration dough, San Marzano tomatoes grown at the base of Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella from the heart of Naples. Cooked at over 400 degrees Celsius in a wood-fired oven for around 90 seconds. Every Nostra pizza is made this way.

Do you use a real wood-fired oven?

Yes. Every Nostra pizza is cooked in our Italian wood-fired oven — no gas, no conveyor belt. The wood fire creates the intense heat and the unique char that makes a proper Neapolitan pizza.

What if I live outside your delivery zone?

We offer several options for customers outside our delivery zone. We have collection points at Kingsway Retail Park in Derby, Coop Car Park in Willington, and Crew and Harper Car Park in Findern — and we are open to other suggestions if you are nearby. Can you deliver for a large group or party outside your zone?

Do you have allergen information?

All our pizzas contain wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and sulphites. Our kitchen also handles celery, fish, mustard, soya, crustaceans, molluscs, nuts, peanuts and sesame. We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific allergy.
